Recommended daily intake: Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, taken with water after food). Thereafter, take 1-2 tablets daily as required. Viviscal tablets are easy to swallow and virtually odour free. We recommend using Viviscal Scalp Lotion, Shampoo and Conditioner in con junction with Viviscal Maximum Strength supplements.
