Return Policy - Terms & Conditions
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within seven (7) working days of delivery for any reason including if you simply change your mind. To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium such as email to info@lifes2good.com within those seven (7) working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was provided otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.
If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive them. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method - no cash refunds are available. Items should be returned via registered mail or a similar courier service. Please obtain a certificate of posting since we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.

Free take back
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) must never be placed in your waste disposal or recycling bins.. When you purchase electrical goods and electronic equipment directly from Lifes2good we can take back the items that you are replacing. Take back is on a one-for- one basis only, the appliance being returned must be of a similar type or have performed the same function as the new item purchased. For example, we will not accept a hair dryer where you have purchased an Emjoi Micro Pedi from Lifes2good.
How do I organise free takeback of my item?
