'There are options' when it comes to male hair loss
Published: 28th of July 2010
Men suffering from male hair loss should not be afraid to try out products available on the market.According to Barbara Kasey Smith, writing for helium.com, there are a variety of such solutions on offer and some could put an end to balding.
She pointed out that 50 years ago, guys had far fewer options when it came to losing their locks, with many either having to resign themselves to a bare scalp or consider a toupee or hairpiece.
However, nowadays there are other ways to deal with the situation.
The same also goes for women who are struggling to cope with female hair loss.
Both genders might find it useful to check the suitability of the product of their choice with their doctor or even try to attend a special hair loss clinic, as such services may be increasing in popularity.
For example, the Lincolnshire Echo recently reported that a hairdresser and trichologist is to set up a fortnightly facility in the area.
