Elin Nordegren 'admits to hair loss'

The ex-wife of superstar golfer Tiger Woods has revealed that the traumatic breakdown of her marriage led to hair loss.In an interview with People magazine, Swedish model Elin Nordegren said that the stress of the controversial divorce - which was dogged with rumours of Woods' alleged infidelity - caused her a great deal of physical and mental anxiety.
This included dropping several pounds and noticing her blonde locks thinning.
This is a common side effect of stressful life experiences, with a piece on EmpowHer claiming it is the number-one cause of baldness.
However, Nordegren believes she has come through the ordeal relatively unscathed and as a stronger person.
"I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself," she declared, noting that both she and Woods will make an effort to keep life as normal as possible for their children Sam and Charlie.
"Money doesn't make you happy ... But I have to be honest: It is making some things easier. I have the opportunity to be with my children as much as I want," she added.
