Men 'can get frustrated by hair loss'
Published: 10th of June 2010
Men can become frustrated as a result of hair loss, it has been pointed out.In an iFreshNews blog, Andika Putra said that while women also suffer from the problem, it is not as prolific among females as it is in males.
There are a number of reasons why people may shed their locks, the writer added.
Among them are genes - which can in some cases cause locks to fall out - and problems with the scalp.
Mr Putra went on to note that there a number of methods individuals use in an attempt to tackle the problem.
One way in which men may be able to minimise their risk of going bald is by ensuring they consume sufficient levels of protein.
This is known to promote the health of tresses.
In addition, they may want to avoid sudden weight loss and excessive stress, as both of these things can contribute to the possibility that hair loss will occur.
