Male hair loss sufferer makes the most of his situation
Published: 28th of April 2010
A man who suffers from hair loss has not let the problem get him down.Since realising he was shedding his locks four years ago, Philip Levine has been letting his creative side come to the fore, the Toronto Star reports.
The 28-year-old shaved his head when he noticed his tresses were thinning.
However, he soon got bored of this and turned to body painter Kat Sinclair, who began creating murals on his head.
Soon, the unusual sight became an underground phenomenon and he has been a talking point ever since.
Making reference to a girl who seemed surprised by his appearance when he was wearing hundreds of small Swarovski crystals on his head, Mr Levine remarked: "She was smiling at me - she just loved it. The adults mainly stare in complete amazement."
Those less keen to lose their hair may want to ensure they are getting sufficient levels of protein in their diets as this is known to increase the health of locks.
