Actress details hair loss experiences

An actress has talked about her experiences of losing her tresses.According to Finola Hughes, who stars in General Hospital, she suffered from hair loss after becoming a mother, the World Entertainment News Network reports.
She revealed that her locks began falling out in clumps after she started a family, causing her considerable distress.
Hughes remarked: "Either the stress or the hormones had a huge effect on my hair and it started to come out in clumps and I lost a lot of the front volume of it."
The celebrity went on to note that she did not know what to do when she noticed her tresses were thinning.
She added that it is "devastating" for a woman to go through this.
Those keen to minimise their risks of suffering from hair loss should ensure they get sufficient nutrition from their diets, including enough protein as this is known to enhance the health of locks, among other things.
