Sherrie Hewson speaks of hair loss experience

Actress and TV presenter Sherrie Hewson has spoken about her experiences concerning hair loss.The bubbly celebrity revealed that in 2004 she began shedding her tresses as a result of stress caused by personal problems, the Daily Mail reports.
She had split with husband of 22 years Ken Boyd, who left her for a younger woman.
The trauma of the situation led to Sherrie putting on weight and losing her locks.
Commenting on her appearance at the time, she said: "I looked dreadful, prompting [Ken] to tell me that I looked awful, that I was fat and that I'd lost my looks and my hair."
However, the 59-year-old - who has appeared in a range of TV programmes and films, including a Carry On movie - fought back and began to focus on her health.
She found she was able to lose weight and she also began to recover her hair.
