"Good chance" hair loss can be reversed
Published: 6th of April 2010
While losing one's hair can be a traumatic experience, there is a "good chance" the process can be reversed, it has been claimed.According to a Daily Mirror article, certain steps can be taken to improve the health of tresses.
For example, those who have hair extensions in place may wish to consider removing them.
Expert Sarah Bailey said this can enhance the wellbeing of locks and result in a thicker head of tresses.
She added: "Then it's a case of using the right nourishing treatments to encourage new hair to grow."
Those suffering from hair loss may have considerable motivation for trying to reverse the process, with an Oromo Index article recently suggesting that people can suffer considerable stress when they begin to go thin on top.
It suggested that increasing an individual's awareness of the science behind their condition can help give them peace of mind as they may feel more in control of the situation.
