T-shirt designer says Wills won't take offence to hair loss comments

Published: 8th of March 2010
T-shirt designer says Wills won`t take offence to hair loss comments A T-shirt designer in Australia has said that Prince William will not be offended by a garment he created making reference to the royal's hair loss.

During a recent visit to the country, the media focussed on his thinning locks and Brit Adam de la Mare took the opportunity to produce clothing featuring a joke about the topic.

Commenting on the fashion statement, he said: "It's just a bit of fun. I don't think he'll take offence," the Sun reports.

The prince has been in the media a lot recently about his balding, with a photo shoot for Hello! magazine being the source of some of the stories.

It was noted in the Daily Mail that William appeared in the publication with a good covering of almost black locks, as opposed to his usual dark blonde tresses.

The shots were taken by a photographer who used to be homeless and they were intended to raise money for charity.

Wills is not the only celebrity to be the focus of hair loss attention of late, with TV personality Gail Porter in the limelight due to her ongoing recovery from alopecia.
