“I remember being out with my mother when I was in my early teens and looking at the back of her hair and was mortified to see she had a bald patch.
Time went on and I eventually married and went on to have a family of my own. In my early fifties, I was distressed to notice that my hair was thinning at the front and that I had the dreaded bald patch - just like my mother! “I began to become aware of the dry, brittle condition my hair was in.
